The Bourne Town Hall project is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we have been able to work towards restoring and transforming Bourne’s Town Hall building.

Closing a Chapter

Wow, it’s been a busy month since my last post!

Since we closed the building at the end of April, we’ve been hard at work clearing everything out. We're so grateful for all the help we’ve had along the way.

Cliffe’s Removals were absolute stars—they helped us move some things into storage and took others to Golding, Young & Mawer for auction.

We were also able to donate chairs to Wake House and pass on a chiller to Don’t Lose Hope, which felt great.

Bourne Westfield Primary Academy got some of our Harry Potter treasures, including a Gringotts Bank sign, Diagon Alley signs, and even a snitch!

A big thank you to Andy at Popcorn Media, too. He’s supported us with lighting and cinema kit over the years, and now he’s helped us rehome some of the equipment we no longer need.

And last but not least, BSH Recycling kindly provided a skip for the bits and pieces that needed to go.

It’s been amazing to feel so supported by our local community and businesses.

We truly appreciate every single one of you who helped us through this transition.

Now, the building is eerily empty—quietly waiting for whatever comes next!
