Heritage Open Day - We Have Something To Tell You!

Saturday 7th September 10am-3pm On this special day, our door will be wide open to welcome curious minds and eager explorers. Whether you’re a history buff, architecture enthusiast, potential volunteer or just looking to have a nose around, we'll be open for you – with completely free entry!

We also have some news for you! But we'd like to tell you in person, come along on the day and find out more...

This year, Heritage Open Day will give you the opportunity to explore a local building at the heart of Bourne which only usually opens up for specific events. And it’s not just about the past – our building is a living part of our community with a unique story to tell including detailed plans of our ongoing refurbishment project with the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Immerse yourself in the heritage that shapes our present and future. Whether you’ve lived in the area your whole life or are visiting for the first time, you’ll find our story compelling.

So, mark your calendars and join us for Heritage Open Day. It’s more than just a look around – it’s a journey through time, a celebration of local culture, and an invitation to learn about this building at the heart of Bourne. Don’t miss out on this extraordinary opportunity to connect with your heritage (and find out the news first-hand)!

Come and look round – your adventure into the past, present and future awaits!
